With the swiftly changing times I feel compelled to offer services on a sliding scale. This has been an ongoing internal conflict for me as I have never wanted to charge for spiritual services, but I realize that services need a fair exchange. The disagreement comes in with others who do charge monetarily for their services and the argument that by not charging I am somehow minimizing the work that they perform. This can't be farther from the truth. I have deep respect for those who have created a livelihood based on providing authentic spiritual services for financial exchange. Indeed, I have been on the receiving end of incredibly formative and life-altering spiritual services by those I consider close friends, and I have been more than happy to exchange financially with them. I, on the other hand, do not rely on providing spiritual services for my financial survival. Nor do I consider the shamanic work I do just a hobby or something to be taken lightly. It is a serious responsibility to participate in someones healing journey, and should be treated with reverence. On the subject of there being a fair exchange for "services rendered" - there is always some level of exchange or "change" that is necessary to constitute real healing. The person must be willing to make those changes in order to effect any positive change.
Having said that, if you or someone you know has been searching for a healing but are lacking funds you can send me an email if you would like me to work on your behalf. Shamanic work can be performed remotely, or in person. I consult with people over the phone, Skype, or in person depending on the work needed and their location. All sessions begin with a consultation. Following that we can discuss via phone or Skype the best way to proceed.
Finally, shamanic healing practices are spiritual in nature. They do not interfere with any medical treatments a client may be following under a doctor’s care. In no way does shamanic work replace such medical treatments. I do not diagnose or treat injuries or illness, nor do I prescribe any medications. Shamanic treatments are in no way intended to take the place of a doctor’s care. Shamanic treatments are seen as a complementary aid to a client’s physical and mental well-being.
